I have an account on Gcast, which is an amazing site. You simply upload an mp3 file to your account or you can, even easier, phone in to a number and record your podcast through there. You then have the option of publishing the podcast right away, or you can take some time to check it over and make sure it’s good. Gcast then gives you the option to embed the player directly on basically any page that supports HTML (pretty much anywhere).
